Accessing the Curriculum

All NTDC curriculum materials are available through this website. Users can freely view or download materials and may republish or upload them to internal websites or learning management systems (LMS), with appropriate attribution.

Materials are organized by theme and can be downloaded directly to your device.

There are no restrictions on how the materials may be used. However, when republishing or adapting content, please include the following acknowledgment:

“This content is from (or was adapted from) the National Training and Development Curriculum for Foster and Adoptive Parents, which was funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the Children’s Bureau, Administration on Children, Youth and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Right-Time Training materials can be accessed in three ways:

Downloadable Format
From the “View and Download” button, you can access:
- Course video
- Podcasts
- Resources
- Evaluation forms
Interactive E-Learning Courses
Right-Time Training E-Learning courses can be completed directly on the NTDC website. Once participants complete a course, they will be able to download a certificate of completion.
SCORM File for LMS
Agencies can request SCORM-compliant versions of each e-learning course to upload into their own LMS. These files may be customized to meet local needs. If modified, attribution to NTDC as the original source should be included.
