Customized Group Train the Trainer Package
This package includes four days of in-person or remote training led by two NTDC trainers, with site-specific customization to support local implementation. Additional travel costs apply for in-person delivery.
Cost: $15,000
Participants: Up to 30
Customized Group Train the Trainer plus Coaching Package
This package includes four days of in-person or remote training plus six months of post-implementation support. Ongoing support includes monthly virtual group coaching sessions focused on facilitation challenges, implementation strategies, and peer learning. Sites also receive two individual virtual check-ins with Spaulding for Children training strategists. Additional travel costs apply for in-person delivery.

Participants: Up to 30
Individual participation option
For organizations that prefer to train individual staff rather than host a group session, NTDC also offers general remote Train the Trainer sessions throughout the year.
Cost: $1,000 per participant
