En marzo, 1738 personas hab\u00edan completado el NTDC, lo que representa 1043 hogares disponibles para aceptar a un ni\u00f1o en su hogar. Adem\u00e1s, 573 hogares familiares han asistido a las sesiones de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los habitantes de Main consideran que el NTDC tiene los componentes b\u00e1sicos que buscaban y atribuyen al equipo el m\u00e9rito de ofrecerles un producto que pod\u00edan utilizar. <strong>recoger r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong> y transmitirlos a los padres.  Maine ha incorporado el programa de formaci\u00f3n a su sistema de gesti\u00f3n del aprendizaje, que est\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de los empleados del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de Maine (DHHS), as\u00ed como de los padres de recursos.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de Maine est\u00e1 maximizando la <a href=\"https:\/\/ntdctraining.org\/es\/materiales-curriculares-generales\/aula\/#trauma-informed-parenting\"><strong>trauma-informed<\/strong><\/a>y <a href=\"https:\/\/ntdctraining.org\/es\/materiales-curriculares-generales\/aula\/#toggle-id-2\"><strong>culturalmente relevante<\/strong><\/a> herramientas no s\u00f3lo para apoyar a las familias y a los padres de recursos, sino tambi\u00e9n para aumentar la capacidad general de interactuar con los ni\u00f1os en acogida y apoyar a los padres de recursos.  Maine atribuye el \u00e9xito de la aplicaci\u00f3n del NTDC a la estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el equipo de formaci\u00f3n del Instituto Catherine Cutler de la Universidad del Sur de Maine y el DHHS, las familias adoptivas y de acogida de Maine y la Red de Acci\u00f3n Juvenil de Maine, que ofrece espec\u00edficamente varios lugares para que las familias y el personal exploren el plan de estudios.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo del Instituto Cutler sigue utilizando un Equipo Asesor en el que participan socios de la comunidad, personal estatal de bienestar infantil y j\u00f3venes de acogida y adoptivos en las decisiones sobre el plan de estudios y el p\u00fablico con el que debe compartirse el NTDC para maximizar el impacto en el sistema de bienestar infantil de Maine y en los ni\u00f1os y familias a los que atienden. Se form\u00f3 un grupo de trabajo con personal de ambos programas para revisar el plan de estudios para cualquier material adicional.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de trabajo tambi\u00e9n identific\u00f3 la necesidad de desarrollar un plan de estudios exclusivo para parientes que incluya los temas del NTDC.  El grupo de trabajo y sus subgrupos trabajaron muy eficientemente y se pusieron en contacto con Maine para obtener lecciones aprendidas y prepararse para un programa piloto a finales de 2022.  Para garantizar que la capacitaci\u00f3n fuera atractiva y significativa para los participantes, se cre\u00f3 una asociaci\u00f3n con cuidadores, padres asociados y personal de CWEP y DCYF.  Se realizaron ajustes en el calendario, el contenido espec\u00edfico y las actividades para garantizar que la formaci\u00f3n fuera relevante para NH y se mantuviera dentro del plazo previsto.<\/p>\n<p>El CWEP ofreci\u00f3 un total de 6 cohortes que consistieron en 2 cohortes espec\u00edficas para el cuidado por familiares y 4 cohortes para la formaci\u00f3n previa al servicio del cuidador. Despu\u00e9s de revisar el plan de estudios y comprometerse con la implementaci\u00f3n, Nueva York identific\u00f3 junio de 2023 como la fecha objetivo para un lanzamiento piloto en todo el estado.
